Insurance 
 We do not accept insurance for payment for psychotherapy services. This policy allows us to protect your privacy, as insurance companies often demand highly detailed information about your history, symptoms, level of functioning, and progress in treatment in order to determine whether or not they will reimburse the provider. This policy also allows us to work together to determine the course of treatment which will be most helpful to you, rather than leaving that up to a representative from the insurance company. We will be happy to provide you with all the documentation needed to file an "out-of-network" provider claim. If you'd like to pursue this option, please check with your insurance company.  

Payment 
Cash, check, mastercard, visa and HSA/ Flex-spend cards accepted for payment. 

Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts – If you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) or a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), you are generally able to pay for therapy, consultation, and psychological assessment services from such accounts. In effect, this makes those services tax-deductible. Please check your specific HSA or FSA to see if any restrictions apply. 

Cancellation Policy 
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you may be required to pay the full cost of the session. Exceptions are made for uncontrollable circumstances (i.e., severe inclement weather, school cancellations) and emergencies.
